I don't write poems all that much, but here's one I did on 18/11/07...Kinda depressing, but then I pour my feelings onto paper alot. Well, ummm....read it and comment or whatever.

Colorless...?

All of my life
Blacks, whites and grays
And some tints of blue
That complete my days

I only seem to feel
The same smoldering black rage
The same white blankness
Binding me in its cage

The bland gray "happiness"
And that fake blue hope
Keep me from drowning
Like a weak, ripped rope

They're the same events
Every single day
Always repeating
In the same, exact way

I measure my life
By how much of it is true
And all those things
I can never undo

The monotonous insults
And the meaningless praise
The fog of accusations
That form my gloomy haze

People think I'm cold
But they don't know how I feel
Stripped of the trust
I once believed was real

All of that loyalty
In all those wasted years
People don't believe
Cuz I shed no tears

Every single day
Slapping on a false smile
Just a face for the people
While I'm in denial

If they looked close enough
Catch a glimpse of me inside
My eyes will betray
The "colors" that I hide

A bitter grudge
And bottled regret
Just two of the things
My damaged soul can't forget

My emotions may be colorless
But my memory stays clear
Another stinging betrayal
Is my one and only fear…

Wow, hun, that is fantastic, you truely have a way of expressing your inner feelings and with so much expression as well as a constant rhythm, well done.
